"Access Denied" error on a new PC

Hi

I have used My Passport Ultra portable drive without problems for a few months now using my desktop. However, I’ve tried connecting it to my laptop and when I try to open it to view files, I get an error “Access denied”. What could be the reason? I have a password on it, which I have used, but I still can’t open the drive to view all files.

Have you tried connecting the drive o a different computer to see if the issue persists on a different computer?
