my sansa fuze had been working really well but then one day i couldnt hear out of the left earphone. i changed earphones 3 times and none of the mwould work on my sansa. i dont know what to do
If you’re sure the plug is fully inserted into the jack (try twisting it a little) and it is not playing through the left channel, you have a hardware issue and the player needs to be RMA’d (returned/replaced) if still under warranty.
If it is still under warranty, call SanDisk Tech Support @ 1-866-SANDISK (726-3475).
