I have had my Fuze less than a year but the headphone jack is messed up already: when I’m listening to music if the headphone chord doesn’t have the perfect amount of pressure and isn’t at the perfect angle then no sound comes out of the left side of the headphones. At first I thought it was the headphones so I plugged in a different pair and the same thing happened. HELP!!!
Call SanDisk Tech Support about a possible replacement. If it’s under a year old, it should still be within the warranty period.
This is a particular problem we will continue to see as time goes by…
