My Fuze wont charge. When I connect it to PC it show Writing…Connected but the battery cannot charge. When I disconnect Fuze from the PC it says: Battery low and shutdown. I tried to reset the player but it didn’t have result. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you for your help!
If its a desktop see if you can use the back USB port for sufficient power to be supplied to your Sansa. Did you meet system requirements as well (XP/Vista with WMP10 or 11)?
You might want to try switching modes as well, but since its not powering on, try Forced MSC first. Leave it plugged for 2-3hours for charging.
