Anyone experiened this, playing music or viewing pics and it just shuts down? I have to power back on and it refreshes media and shuts down again.
I have already upgraded the firmware.
Any help would be appreciated.

So after it shuts down you power it back up and it powers down right away or do you have some time of use? you may want to check you settings and go to sleep and see if this setting is on. If it is you can turn it off…
When you look at your Fuze how is the battery life? is it fully charged? try charging it as well.
If what Conversionbox says fails, try doing a soft reset by holding the power button in the On position for 15-20 seconds. This will reset your settings. This is useful for if some obscure setting is set wrong and is causing the power off. In fact, I always do it after a firmware upgrade just to be safe, but that doesn’t mean I should
If the shutdown happened more than once then it can’t be the sleep feature. When Sleep Mode is set, it’s only triggered (by whatever time it’s set at) once, and only once. To use Sleep Mode again , the user would have to go in the System Settings and reset the Sleep Mode to whatever time preferred again.
Yep, checked those things. I called Sandisk support and they will RMA a replacement.
Thanks a lot for your response and suggestions.
