I keep plugging it into my computer and renewing it but once it gets unplugged from the computer it won’t play the tracks because it says I need to connect to my computer to renew the tracks? I had this before and it was something with the calendar on my Sansa. But it seems the calendar is current?
Do you need to update or ‘re-authorize’ the device with Rhapsody? Maybe de -authorizing and then re -authorizing it will work.
