Please help me out here, I’ve had this for like 3 weeks. I took it out of my computer and now it wont refresh the database? can someone help !

This is a firmware problem…
When it freeze… just push the power button up and hold it til it turns off…
Conect to the computer again and update the firmware to version 01.01.29:

Problem should be solve… if not… backup everything to a computer and delete all of your files inside… turn it on… format (by settings menu) and try to make the upgrade again…
