MUSIC VIDEOS WON'T CONVERT-ERRORS: (IT MEANS NOTHING-IT WONT GIVE ME AN ERROR)

I got a new Sansa Fuze and I can get photos, music, and all that other stuff on, but not videos, even the ones that came off my digital camera won’t work on it! It doesn’t even take the time to convert the video, after about 3 seconds, it says

Unfinished: 1

Failed Reason(s):              

AGH! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS THING? 

And I am using the newest SMC, so don’t suggest I try using that!

I don’t mess with videos, so I can’t help except to recommend the Sansa Media Converter board. You may find a solution or fix there.
