muffled sound all of sudden...

hello,

i’ve enjoyed the clip+ for few months now but then today all of sudden…1st problem.

after i loaded a new mp3 into the player, sound on every song became VERY muffled (like its under water~).

i’ve deleted the new track just in case but everything is still muffled and i don’t know what to do…

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had earbuds go bad on me - I just wanted to make sure you’ve tried a different set & made sure they’re fully plugged in, etc, all the obvious stuff that could just be a problem with the ear buds.

Just to cover all bases, did you try a player reset?  You also could try a reformat from the Clip’s settings (note:  this will erase your content; transfer it to your computer first, to save it).
