I have encrypted videos in Memory Zone app (iOS with Sandisk IXpand Flash Drive Luxe).
The videos cannot playback while encrypted. Outside the vault (encrypted folder), the videos can be played normally.
Is this normal? Is there a way to watch the videos while encrypted?
@Timang
Contact inside of the vault (encrypted) cannot be played, viewed, or read.
They must be decrypted and outside of the vault.

I was hoping it will be like in the IXpand Drive app where I can still view and playback files while inside the vault (encrypted).
I will try to check on the links you provided.
I am having the same problem. I was using the iXpand drive app without issue. Then yesterday, the app stopped recognizing the drive. Installed the memory zone app, and in order to view the files, I had to create a new folder and decrypt the files. A warning pops up letting me know they were being moved from the vault.
This is a serious issue as it not only eliminates the whole point of an encrypted drive, but it also creates a recoverable non-encrypted version of the file on the devices.
This is a security issue, and quite frankly a HUGE fail for Sandisk. Why eliminate the drive app if the memory zone app isn’t fully compatible with the encryption mechanism on the iXpand drives?
