Recently trying to get my MP3 up and running again, but it was showing as full even though there was no tracks on there, so I (perhaps mistakenly) cleared the whole thing using Disk Operator on my Macbook. It is now showing FAT error when I try to turn it on. Tried downloading the latest firmware (clpiplus01.02.18) and expanded the ZIP to clppa.bin. I’m not sure if that is right but I dragged it into the MP3 to no avail. Really hope this can be solved!

I believe this device (Sansa Clip+) is discontinued, so I don’t qualify for Software Support.
I’ve tried the firmware update. It didn’t work
