M250 Files Don't Show up on Computer.

Never had this problem before with my m250.   When I hook it up to my laptop I always could view my files.

Suddenly today I can’t view my files.  When I hook the m250 up to my laptop the first screen says “music specific storage”

and if I click on that the next screen is the folder “Record.”   When I right click on the record folder it’s empty.

Perhaps you could try switching the USB modes? If one file is added in MTP mode (which the device attempts to use when in Auto Detect mode), you will only be able to see the file in that particular mode. Likewise with MSC.

Have you tried to switch this to USB already?
