First time use of my m240 I have loaded two books onto the player but when I try to play the device skips to the next book and is on pause. I hit the play button again and it goes to the next book on pause. Helps? firmware 3.2.8
I had the same issue. Solution: First, update the firmware to version 4.x.xx, currently available at: SanDisk SD Card, Memory Cards, and Flash Drives for PC & Mac | Western Digital. Then you have to activate your audio device using the Audible Download Manager. Start Audible Download Manager. Connect your m240 player to the PC. Click on the Download Manager icon in the status task bar and select Activate AudibleReady Device, and use your Audible account to activate both the PC and the m240.
