I hook the m240 to my computer in both modes and my system says the USB device is not recognized. What is the problem?
whent he device is connected - does it say anything on the screen of player? Also does the device function correctly when not connected to pc?
It works fine when just listening to the device. When I hook it up it is not recognized by the device or the usb port. I find this odd as my son has an older version, I believe the m230 and when I hook that up there is no problem. Do I need to format this device or do something diffrent (M240)
what does it say on the lcd screen of the player?
does it do the same thing on any pc you take it to?
What does it say in device manager when you have the player detected? anything with a !/?/X …??
