Does anyone have any idea why this mp3 player would be automatically deleting my radio presets. At first it did it after I charged it but today they were deleted again and all I had done was turn it off and then turn it back on between this morning and this afternoon. I only use the radio funciont, but when I turned it back on, the screen showed another function – Music Downloads – and when I scrolled back to the Radio function, all my presets were gone again. I really can’t recall doing anything to delete them. Anyone have any idea what I could be doing or how I can stop it from happening? Thanks.
This is worth the try but when you created to presets, did you hit on “Save presets” after that?
