I just got the Ixpand usb drive that i can copy the photos from my iphone to the ixpand app then my laptop, but when i open the app the photos from my iphone don’t load

Firstly, check the App permissions:

  • Go to your iPhone’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
  • Find the iXpand app and ensure it’s set to allow access to all photos.
    Next, Remove the drive, then reconnect it securely to your iPhone. If the problem still lies then Restart the phone or have the latest version of the iXpand app installed. Visit the App Store.
