Hello, can you please help me?
I am sorry if this has been already posted, but I can’t find a solution or a post that can help me!
I just bought a new Ultra II 480 Gb SSD and when I connected it to one of my laptop’s USB port, it does nothing. My pc doesn’t recognises the drive.
I’ve tried all ports. My pc is a Samsung NP450R5E, from 2013. The connector and everything works, but I can’t use my SSD.
I enclose some screenshot to help you (in Italian, but you can easily understand).
