I need help to erase the sandisk drive unlock

Hello I have scan disk extreme portable ssd and I can’t find the SANDISK DRIVE UNLOCK on my computer, I restored my ssd but still asking me for the password and the application doesn’t appear on my computer’s applications or in my ssd. Why this is so complicated im so frustrated.
