Button for "Forgot Password" link is missing

Of course, I don’t use my SSD SanDisk for a few months and I can’t remember my password. I’d like to look for my reminder question, but there’s no link to it on the dashboard. These are years worth of photo memories of my kids. I really don’t want to delete these memories. Thoughts?
