I have a Kingston micro SD of 512 MB and it gives me problems…I know I should upgrade to a higher capacity card but I think this one shouldn’t give me any problems. I had to reset the whole thing before being able to use it normally with the built in memory. when I have the micro sd in the 1 GB device it will get stuck and wouln’t work at all untill I take it off and then wait a while.

Any hints on this?

You should be ok with using the Kingstom card. The attached thread appears to say that Kingstom up to 2 gB will work with the Express.

Update your firmware to the latest. Format your card to FAT 32.
