I cannot get the Media converter program to operate for videos. When I start to process conversion, I get an error message: Sansa Media Converter.exe has stopped working.
I am running windows vista on a new computer. Any suggestions!!!
Was this the SMC downloaded from the Sandisk website? Version 4.220?
Also have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling?

Hmm, it might be an issue with SMC and Vista although I haven’t heard of this yet. Try using the Any Video Converter. You can find it through my sig, and details in the View forum, I have a sticky for it that explains it.
