How to decrypt files encrypted with SecureVault (password is available but index.dat not recognized in the Vault)

Good morning,
we are looking for technical support about the data recovery of an SSD unit with SecureVault encryption (SecureAccess v3.02) where the user, after a successful vault repair operation, reported the error below:

This vault could not be loaded, it may be located to another computer or the original vault file has been manually removed. The error is: invalid parent path in the archive.

The unit SanDisk SD9SN8W256G is in good health condition, there is not physical damage.

After cloning the whole volume by using Passmark imgUSB successfully It was possible to mount the generate .bin file and explore the content… but all the content inside is encrypted.

The user remembers the password and we could decrypt the archive as the index.dat file is available but how we should proceed?

Running directly the SecureVault application it is the message received (as it is running from a mounted image not directly the physical USB drive):

This application only runs with a San disk flash drive.

How it would be possible to recover the data?

Thank you,
