How to access the same Vault on both Mac and PC?

I downloaded the software on both Mac and PC but the content I uploaded to the USB key while on my PC doesn’t show up in my Mac. When I open the software on my Mac with the password (same one on the PC) and double click on “USB Flash Drive” where I put the file from the PC, I get the following message “The Vault could not be loaded, it may be located on another computer or the original vault has been manually removed.” Well it wasn’t remove, I can still see the file on the PC.

Where did I go wrong ? How can I access the same files from both Mac and PC?

Has there been any fix or update on this? I’m having the same issue. I can’t seem to find a fix anywhere.

1- Firstly, open System Preferences on your Mac.
2- Click Share.
3- Check the box next to File Sharing.
4- Click Options.
5- Under Windows File Sharing, select the check box for the user account that you want to share with a Windows computer. You may be asked for a password.
6- Click on Done.

This fix didn’t solve my problem.

Possible Fix for others dealing with the same problem: Instead of using SecureAccess, try switching to PrivateAccess. Also, make sure to set up the vault on MacOs before setting it up on Windows. I noticed that if I set it up on Windows first and then tried on MacOs, I would run into this error.
