How can I proceed 'WD Apps setup.app'?

Dear Sir/Mom,

I’m trying to install a My passport for Mac(2015) onto my Macbook pro. I could connect the external Drive for Mac(2TB) and find the device on the screen.

I’m following the usermanual which advises to click on ‘WD Apps Setup’ to install the drive. I clicked the’WD Apps Setup’ many times, but the screen doesn’t proceed for installing, and I can’t install the software onto it. How can I install the software onto it?

Any help would be much appreciated !

I made downloading and tried open 2 apps, get the message “It ends in unexpected reason”.
