Brand New WD My Passport for MAC, wont install software

I have bought brand new WD My Passport for Mac.

I have Macbook Pro with High Sierra OS.

I attached the My Passport.

STRIKE ONE
When I go to “WD Discovery for Mac.dmg” it doesn’t install anything.

STRIKE TWO
Same when I go to Offline Installers / WD Software.dmg.
“Double Click the WD icons to install WD Apps”.
I double click the icons, and nothing happens.

STRIKE THREE
I go to

and install WD Access for Mac.
Then when I try to install WD DRIVE UTILITIES and WD SECURITY the do’t install.

WTF ?!?!
