Can't Find the WD Apps Setup Wizard

I recently purchased WD My Passport Ultra. The WD Apps Wizard isn’t popping up, so I cannot install the software on the drive. I really want the WD Drive Utilities. Someone please help.

PS: I have a Macbook Air, and I have already reformatted the drive.
