Help Needed with Clip Jam!

Hello everyone. I need some help. So, the other day I was updating the firmware on an mp3 player I have. While updating it, my Clip Jam was connected to my laptop as well and the firmware update program somehow completely erased ALL of the system files on the Clip Jam and now I can’t get it to power on or anything. It’s readable on my laptop under the name of my other mp3 player. I’ve tried the reset process but it doesn’t work. Is it possible to download the software and install it back on my Clip Jam or would I need a specialist to do that?
