Help: My brand new Sandisk 128gb ixpand flash drive luxe doesn't work on PlayStation 5

Works on a windows laptop
Works on an iPhone using Memory Zone app
Older Sandisk flashdrives can work on PlayStation 5

My goal is to copy images and videos, but the flash drive isn’t detected by PlayStation 5 on the USB Type C port. Why is this brand new modern flash drive can’t be detected while older Sandisk flash drives has worked?
