I just got a new replacement clip plus 8gb from sandisk. I started loading sonds from my Raphsody playlists onto the player at about 50 songs at a time. The first 250 songs went well and then when I try and drop an additional 50 highlighted songs on to the player it wont take them and it just shows “Sanas clip updated.device ready” but I can only load 1 song at a time or it will show "Sanas clip updated.device ready" and will not allow further downloading unless I put 1 song at a time. I still have 6gb of space left open. PS - I have tried loading just 3 or 4 songs at a time and it still does the same thing and will not except the songs highlighted to download them. Can you offer some advice on how to fix this problem before I have to return this already returned device. Thanks so much!
Did you ‘authorize’ the new player with Rhapsody?
