headphone connection question

Hi,

Just bought the 4Gb Clip+

There is sound through the supplied headphones only when I push the pin halfway into the socket.

When it is fully inserted, there is no sound at all.

Any suggestions?

Give’er another little shove. Sometimes the jack is extrememly tight when they’re brand new and the plug appears to be fully seated when actually it’s not.
