The problem seems to be the Headjack on the clip+ as I tried 2 different headphones and the left headphone goes out on both and I don’t have the problem witth another device that I use a headphone with.
Any suggestions.
Have you tried pushing the plug into the jack a little farther? The jacks can be very tight when new. It helps to twist the plug a little while trying to seat it fully.
If this doesn’t work, then it’s probably defective. Take (or send) it back to the dealer you bought it from or contact SanDisk Tech Support about a warranty replacement.
