Fuze won't download Real Player Video

Hi everyone!

I can’t get Real Player vids to go on to my 2GB Fuze. The converter won’t even show any Real Player files. I tried downloading another converter from the web and when I try to choose Real Player files the program shuts down! What the heck is going on?

Yes, I have the current Firmware updates, so that’s not it. Any suggestions?

Couple of things…  What are the file extentions on real player videos? Also I would be willing to bet that there are DRM’s on the videos, I may be wrong but its rare to find files that dont on services like that, if this is the issue you may be out of luck.
