Fuze not working anymore

i bought my fuze 8g like 2 weeks ago

this morning the screen frooze on the opening scene but i re start it and it was ok

but tonight i closed it and i plug it to recharge    (was at half)

my computer dont reconize it   i try to open it again  and hes not opening at all

so now he not opening at all well hes not working !!!  :manmad:

something like that happen to someone ???

Sounds like it’s simply frozen.  Slide the power switch up (against the spring) to ON and hold it there for 10 seconds.

Release the switch, then try powering up as usual.  This will reset the Fuze.

Thanks!  That fixed my problem after updating the firmware!

ive tried holding the power against the spring for 10 seconds, then powering it up as normal, towce. it still is not turning on. i havnt left it in the cold car, had an angry person throw it at anything or in water, or anything. it simply stopped working. thanks for any help!

Plug it in for a few hours. Let it charge then try to reset it.

it wouldnt even be detected when i plugged it in…

its been in for a good half hour and still no response. it wont turn on when and when its not plugged in. ports didnt matter either : / it was playing the night before and ahad at least 75% battery life. i dont get it
