Frozen???

I have been using my clip daily with no problems. I got to work today. turned it on and now it won’t play and won’t shut off. It is just doing nothing. the artist and song title is showing, the battery is full, the screen is lit, but nothing is happening. I tried to shut it off and kind of re-boot it but it won’t shut off either.

HELP!!!

Try a soft reset -   Hold the on switch in the far on position for 15 seconds.    The Clip should turn off.    Then release the switch and try turning it on again.
