okay, so i went to put some songs on my Clip,
and when i unplugged it from my USB cord,
the Clip froze at Disconnected. that’s what the screen says.
i’ve pressed every button; it’s frozen.
even tried plugging it in.
what do i do?
Slide the power switch up for about 10 to 15 seconds, then try turning it on again.
