from Windows to Mac m200 wiped

My son plugged his m200 in to his grandparents Mac this past weekend and it is now totally wiped and will not be recognized by our computer (Dell with Windows).  Could not get it to reset.  The blue light comes on but that’s it. Have tried removing battery, etc.

Help?

Can anyone help me download music from a Mac to m200?  MSC is displayed on my m200 when I plug it into the Mac.  Yet the m200 doesn’t show up on the Mac when I plug it into the Mac.  What I do??

I’ve tried that and got nothing.  Again when I plug my m200 into the Mac nothing happened.  Are there any drivers for m200 that’s Mac compatible?
