i bought a scandisk cruzer blade and upon inserting into one of the usb ports on my desktop, i had this prompt message to format the disk. i tried to using NTFS files system, but windows reported ‘’ Windows can;t format drive G:‘’ what do i do now as i have tried various files systems like the FAT32, FAT,. also i tired usind the diskpart on command line , attributing the read only to the disk selected but still it’s not formatting. also the actual capacity on the drive has turned to 64MB instead of the 4gb
Has this unit been dropped by any chance? You might want to try another desktop just to check if it’s a PC issue. Just to isolate things out.
