I just received my new Plus and loaded some music, and it froze, no prob, easy fix. Removed files for clean install. Now I have 3 albums transferred and the menu shows under albums the titles of both the albums and songs on the one menu. I need to find out what is wrong for the folder naming or is this the way it is supposed to be? Totally unacceptable and then some, I only wish to play only albums, I wish to see albums listed only, no tracks, no playlists, no bluetooth, I wish to play albums only and as is I need to return it and find something closer to my needs I have had 2 other generations and they were a joy to use, this time I am heartbroken. Hopefully one of you might be 68 like me and understand what it is like to get ■■■■■■ punched here.

Thanks, I have decided to return it to BB tomorrow. Maybe they will have an older series orphan or better yet a clip+ on the shelves, It meant a lot to fill up the 64GB SDHC with flac files from my PC and plug it into the Clip and this will never have that anyway.
