I have had a Sansa view for a couple of years and have had no problems until now. I have used it to record from Fm radio, no problems. But now there seems to have developed a problem. When I choose the radio options all buttons are slow to respond. I cannot even change stations. Then all of a sudden the player jumps a number of stations. Have tried reset, player has not been dropped or damaged. Any solutions?
