FM does not work

For sone reason, the Sansa Clip FM radio stop working. I am aware of the play pause button and that is not the reason.

The player works well on music, so it is not the earphones or the player. Is there a solution?

Can one reset the system?

Possibly return to factory defaults too if updating the firmware is too difficult to complete. FYI, restoring to defaults will delete everything including your stored music.

All this does is reset all your personal settings to the factory ones. Things like Backlight brightmess, Backlight time on, FM presets, Sleep Timer, Volume, etc.

No it won’t. You’re confusing this with Formatting. Totally different procedure and effect.
