I tried to use the Sansa updater to update the firmware in my sansa clip+, and it crashed halfway through. Now, I receive an error when it tries to boot up, that there is not enough space for the music database, and it is not recognized by my computer. Is there any way to get this to update, or factory reset, when I can’t get into the menu? Thanks.
