Extreme portable SSD stops working after 15 days, submitted in Service center more than 20 days ago no response yet

I am not able to see the mount on windows mac or android, did all the troubleshooting and finally submitted drive at local Sandisk service (RMA: RX2366164) it is been more than 20 days so far no update from Sandisk, is there any ETA on the repair/replacement how long will it take for?

Can someone let me know how to go forward with this??
