External HD will not connect, nor show in My Computer section. When I plug in the power cord to the HD, the white LED light flashes once and that’s it, it doesn’t stay on.
My house had a power outage about two days ago, I don’t know if that played a part of something going wrong inside the HD.
Please help with how I can fix this or my options on saving my info on the HD. Thank you!
