I have a WD easy store 4 TB External hd. I used to feel that the the connection is a bit lose and today it has suddenly stopped working altogether. The light does not show up and hence im not able to use the HDD. Please advice what to do.
I have tried different USB ports, other cable and other laptop and desktop as well. It has something to do with the internal wiring etc
Please HELP. PLEASe
