Error Message in Dashboard v4.0.2.20

I just updated to the latest version of the Dashboard program, after not using it for a while.
Everything seems fine apart from when I try to check the firmware version on one of my three SSDs.
I’m getting this -

The drive is an Ultra+ drive with firmware X2316RL.
My other two drives do not show this error, the firmware check happens correctly.
Anyone any idea what’s wrong?

Thanks. No I haven’t contacted support.
I was hoping that someone here would just know what the problem was!
Perhaps it’s not a common one.

The problem is still there in version 4.1.2.4.
