error copying file, help plz

Hi, all

I got the window error copying file , "can not copy timbaland - the republic: The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected

when i drag and drop my file from my computer to the music folder on sansa 2gb music folder.  Anybody 's help I would really appreciate. Thanks a bunch

Did you try again?

Did you disconnect and reconnect and try again?

Is the song in a supported format (MP3, ogg, wma wav)?

Can you re-rip the song and try transferring again?

I did try again, my file was in mp3 format, it still did not work

Sometimes a ripped song just is glitchy.  Can you try re-ripping or re-downloading it?  Just a thought.
