I backed up files onto sandisk cruzer guide, how do i unencrypt and move from flash drive to pc? user instructions non-existant/not helpful?

You plug the flash drive in, when SecureAccess prompts you for the password you enter it, then once inside SecureAccess I believe you click on a file and copy it to a place on the pc’s hard drive.
