The notifications of postings arriving at my email box all begin with “Welcome to SanDisk’s Sansa Community Subscription”… This is not very helpful - I can be looking at a list of 10 emails, all with the same subject. Not good. Can the beginning of each heading represent the content?
What I suggest is replacing the “Welcome to SanDisk’s Sansa Community Subscription” with “Sansa Community”, then placing the topic, then the number of new posts.
For example, the email subject
“Welcome to SanDisk’s Sansa Community Subscription: 1 New Post: Re: Unexpected database refresh”
needs, imho to be something like this:
“Sansa Community: Unexpected database refresh: 1 new reply”
