e200 Remote

Hi, i’m seriously surprised at how Sandisk has not come up with a remote for the e200 series. All other mp3 players have their wired remotes that they can purchase. I honestly hope that a simple remote as a solution will become available soon. This may be one major obstacle that provides the cause for me to sell my e280 and buy an ipod with the iMod. Please Sansa, take this into account. A remote would better the lives of most owners of this otherwise brilliant mp3 player. Thanks

Best Regards

Qib

Now when you say you want a remote, do you mean you want a remote to control your mp3 player that you have headphones plugged into within arms reach of yourself? If your referring to jogging I know that the Sansa has an arm band attachment that again leaves the buttons within easy reach.

Sorry for the late reply, didn’t realize anybody replied to the sansa forums. By remote i meant a wired remote that could be attached to the dock on the Sansa, or even a wireless remote like the iGriffin (sadly built only for the iPod). Something like that would really ease peoples’ portable use since the player (including my headphone amplifier) can be placed into a bag and controlled with the remote, if people are like me and like to constantly switch tracks, that would ease portability for me. Thanks.
