DRIVERS for an old hard drive

Hello community, I need to update my old hard drive, my passport ultra P/N WDBZFP0010BRD-01 S/N: WX61AA3J4955.

Until now I have not been able to get the drivers,

I really appreciate help.

Your WD My Passport Ultra should work without special drivers. Update your operating system and download WD Discovery or WD Drive Utilities from WD’s support page. If it still doesn’t work, try the drive on another computer to check for hardware issues.
